I was the Development Manager for the Bellamack subdivision from 2011 to 2013. The Red Shed's was contracted by Bellamack to undertake the design review process of the implementation of its design guidelines under the Bellamack sales covenant. The system the Red Shed implemented at Bellamack took a time consuming, thankless task and turned it into an efficient, cost effective system that delivered a high quality built form outcome across the subdivision that ultimately supported the sale of successive stages of development. I found Darron and his team to be efficient, professional and always willing to assist and make themselves available to support my role as Development Manage with regards to trouble shooting, running interference with builders and providing clear reports for internal reporting and for compliance with Government Development Agreement requirements. When we purchased 78 Cullen Bay Crescent, Larrakeyah in 2012 we loved the general area as well as the specific location of the house, however the house itself wasn’t ideally designed for a ‘fairly’ young and growing family. We now have two very energetic young boys who love the Outdoors and our primary motivation for the Renovations was to create an environment where our house was the neighbourhood “fun” house, one that the boys would always want to be around and therefore safe. This Renovation has also ensured that all our entertaining areas (Outdoor and Indoor) are exceptionally designed, fitted out, practical, usable and above all, easily maintained (as we travel frequently). The entertaining areas have already been ‘tested’ on numerous occasions with the most demanding of clientele (our friends) and have stood true. - Michael We created a number of entertaining spaces so that depending on the number of guests, the mood of the occasion and the weather we would always have the perfect spot. Our view is that this was achieved beyond our expectations. Additionally we are pleased we've been able to incorporate landscaping into the design in terms of the planter box covering the waterslide and planter boxes down both sides of the stairs. Overall we were inspired by the lava stone used in our kitchen and have taken this colour palette as the theme to create a wow factor outside. - Vicki

We were in the process of building a new house and wanted someone to design our dream home. We were referred to the Red Shed from other satisfied clients and from reputation of their business. We wanted to build our dream home that was able fall within our tight budget and the Red Shed was able to meet that requirement. Building at Lyons has strict guidelines and Darron was able to design our house to comply with these. Being fussy clients, we wanted our house designed to every fine detail.
