Darron Lyons started his own business in 2007, and has been involved in the Building Design industry for more than 10 years. He loves his work, has a strong eye for detail, develops a strong rapport with his clients and has amassed a large and impressive portfolio of designs to suit the Territory lifestyle.

The TRS Design Process

Step 1:

Sketch Design Phase

After initial consultation, we develop a sketch proposal for review.

Step 2:

Draft Documentation Phase

Upon review and acceptance of the concept, we then develop the approved sketch plans to preliminary construction documentation for review.

Step 3:

Full Documentation Phase
TRS then provides documentation to a competitive tender standard with the following components:

 

  • Design Services: Provide construction drawings and coordinate all sub-consultant works (this is not included but available on request.
  • Engineering Services: At your approval, obtain fee proposal for any sub-consultant services.

Step 4:

Building Assistance Phase

TRS are able to assist selection and appointment of builder and provide assistance services during construction to ensure the project is constructed to the intentions of the design documentation.
